There may have been a time 13 or 14 years earlier where, despite his unmatched talents, the wrestling business would have been a happier place without petulant, political Michaels. The last eight years of his career saw Michaels perform at his apex level, without any of the nasty dirtsheet fodder stimulated by his actions and attitude.Knowing that Michaels was probably going to stick to his word made it difficult to watch Undertaker drop his ghoulish facade and hug him, just Mark and Shawn at that point.
