Chris Harrington of WrestleNomics has uncovered a lawsuit filed against Shane McMahon during last month on 14th March 2016, regarding to YOU On Demand Securities trading.Shane McMahon was the CEO of YOU On Demand, a multi-platform entertainment service company, until 2013. He still remains as the company’s principal executive officer and Vice Chairman of the Board. The lawsuit which is related to tradings that happened in You On Demand, directly mentions Shane’s name in several places.The news would have made a big splash and WWE would have found it hard to manage the backlash given that the build-up for WrestleMania was not that great.
